    I downloaded a pic from an email and it went to workspace, which I rarely use. I cannot seem to move the file to my personal space so that I can use the pic as wallpaper. When I downloaded the pic from email there seemed to be no option to save to personal or work - seemed to default to work.

    It is a very basic feature of BlackBerry Balance to keep Workspace and Personal Space strictly seperated.
    Was the picture send to your work related email address? Maybe try to get it send again to your private email address.
    My BES isn't activated right now so I can't test this
