    The newly updated layout of the APs on the home screens looks awful.

    Made the mistake of allowing the update to happen this morning. Is there a fix for this? Is this a temporary setback and Blackberry will update (again) to correct this?

    What was the previous Q10 operating system called? Is there a link where I can download the older version? I loved my phone before... now I hate looking at it. Even the screen for texting looks messed up.

    Not sure which OS you had before. If things are radically different, a 10.2.1 maybe?
