    How do I fix this bb.error.-9. Error-img_00001385.png

    Everytime I open my BBID I get this error and also I. Can't download anything on BlackBerry world and I am assuming it's because of the above error.

    check your BBID if it's correct, otherwise you'll have to hard reset! factory settings
