    Please people I have tones of un completed downloads files in my Q10 and any times I try going into fiile manager to delete them, I get error mssg " u don't have permission to delete this file" and it's eating up so much space on my fine almost 2G of file space. Plss wat do I do?

    Where are you downloading the files from? If it is from the browser, have you tried going into Downloads and checking if the transfer is still running?

    No the transfer has stopped a long time ago. But the residue fule dat wasn't completely downloaded is still on my phone file. Can't delete them. They are more than 6
