I have Classic with the same software version and was able to customize notifications for Skype, for example. Could it be the issue of OS?
Can you reload the phone and try it on a "clean install"?
Are you trying to change within the skype app or in the phone notifications settings?
This started after the previous update. I reset to factory and re-installed but had the same issue. I thought the most recent update would fix it but no luck :(
I'm trying to make the change in the phone notification settings.
I'm on 10.3.1.2708 and I can't change them for Skype. I can for a whole bunch of apps but no Skype in the list.
Edit: tried it with Skype open or closed and also tried a reboot, Skype still isn't in the app list.
