    I can't seem to figure out how to add a second phone number or email address to a contact.

    Go into contact, click edit, click add field and click the field of choice

    Got a Z, but should be the same layout on the Q

    It's on the bottom of the page if u have a Z10.
    Or it's right in ur face if u have a Q10.
