How do I add a pin to contacts in Q10?

How do I add a pin to contacts in Q10....not interested in BBM.

I still use pin to pin on my Q10. I had pin numbers in contacts but now they show as other. I would like them back as pin numbers and I am not interested in using BBM. I do not seem to be able to edit current contacts to add pin as it does not come up as an option

There's a "Blackberry PIN" field under email address. Do you not see that?

Should be there. If not go to "add field" and insert it.

i was able to add the field as it did not show up.

thanks for the help. If only I could get the phone to stop restarting 10 times a day...life would be good.

Maybe you have a pretty loose battery. You can try to add a thin piece of rubber foam from a craft/hobby store into your battery cover. That keeps the battery fixed.
The issue might of course also be software related or even another hardware problem like some faulty memory.

Hopefully not double-typed with my Q10

Before you wipe anything, your probably going to want to make sure you have the most up to date OS for your device
