Anybody know how to disable Facebook contacts from appearing when using Blackberry "Instant Actions"?
For example, if i unlock my phone, and begin to type "text" so i can text someone, facebook contacts appear, along with my normal contacts i have stored on my phone. I have removed my facebook contacts from my contacts list, but they still appear when using the Search function for some reason.
Any suggestions on removing them?
Idk if this would work, but you can try this:
Go to the settings on your "Contacts" app and under "Show Account in Contact List" disable Facebook contacts.
Again idk if that'll work or not, but you could try it.
Also you could check and make sure none of your regular contacts and some of your "Facebook contacts" aren't "linked"

Doesn't work and there's no way
nope, already did that. Facebook contacts still appear when im using instant commands, specifically when i use the "text" quick command. very annoying.
O ok I see. Yeah, that sounds like a glitch within the OS. The only way to probably fix it is by wiping the device, and it's probably not worth going through all that. At least for me it wouldn't be.

No, it's no glitch, it just doesn't work.
If its synced , fb contacts are on device now .
Disable sync on phone and FB app, delete contacts from device .
