Before I was able to install Snap I downloaded and installed a version of Cibc mobile banking android app from 1mobile and it works fine. I finally figured out how to install Snap which in fact has a newer version of the same app. I deleted the first version using Device Manager - Storage and did reboot. Then I downloaded the Snap newer version. When download is done I am prompted to use Download Installer which shows the new version:

However when I click the installer the older 1mobile version comes up:

I want the new version from Snap and am thinking the 1mobile version is still on the device. How do I get rid of it so I can use the new version from Snap?

    Any guidance appreciated!

The most thorough way to delete an app (particularly an Android app or ported version) is to go to Device Monitor > Storage tab. Tap the app to delete, then tap the trash can.
