Hey,

I've seen other smartphones get hooked to TVS via a port and you can see your phone on the TV screen and play music, videos, movies, etc from the phone but shown on the TV. What do I need to do that for Blackberry?

Micro-hdmi cord. Visit your local radio shack or something similar. About 30 bucks here in NY

Micro hdmi- hdmi cord, I got mine pretty cheap on amazon. Used it tons back when bbworld had 99cent movies.

Go to any audio or video file and click on the vertical 3 dots at the bottom right and select play on, before that you need to turn on Wifi on you phone and go to the smart sharing screen on your TV, also turn on sharing from media sharing and access using wifi from storage and access from system settings on your phone

You may also have to connect both your TV and phone to your home wifi network for this to work if your TV does not have wifi-direct or miracast
