How can I update my Q10?

i tryed to update my Q10 several time bt it fails when it reach 89%< i restarted the download 2 time bt it still stop at 89%< it is saying "unable to connect to update server. please check your network connections settings or try later" help me i load auto download software so it is blank

Try it at another time, night time is usually better
