it is so annoying when i am playing music or watching videos
because whenever i control the volume on the side of my phone, that stupid mini box pops upwith a mini stop and rewind buttn and theres no way to get rid of it without it going on its own

how can i stop this annoying feature

I was gonna make a thread about this today. I agree it's so annoying, they need to get rid of it. I mean I understand you can click on it and takes you straight to the player, but a simple swipe does that too. It's a nuisance.

Is this in 10.2? Not having this problem on my Q with 10.1. Only problem I am having is when I go to turn the volume up and get a warning about exceeding the recommended safe limit. That's very annoying as well.

I had this issue in 10.1 on my Z10 and it still exist on 10.2 maybe it doesn't happen on the Q?

We can't yet turn it off but in later OS's it has become more transparent so BlackBerry are aware of the pain.

i would just prefer it gone

maybe a little volume sign appear at the top and out of the way
and maybe the box can appear when we are out of the sound app however there should be a way to get out of it when we r done such as using the back arrow
