I updated to the following when it came out:

    Software Release: 10.2.1.2977
    OS Version: 10.2.1.3247

Being having some weird issues with it. One of which was when my Q10 refused to start up when i removed the battery. It never happened to me before. And since i updated the rear camera hasnt been working. Getting rainbow lines. I have also been experiencing lots of call dropping with this new upgrade. Sometimes i will be on the phone and the call will drop. A message will display saying Network currently not available.
As such would love to go back to the previous version. I was formally on:

    Software Release: 10.2.1.2941
    OS Version: 10.2.1.3175

Can someone guide me on how to reverse back to the previous version i was in ? Thanks for all your help.

Just try using link to restore to factory setting... don't think your issue are common to 10.2.1.2977. Might have had an issue doing the installation (happens a lot).

    Backup
    Do a factory reset
    Test
And if all is well, try a restore if you need to..... but it's usually better if you can do without it.

If you want to reload the older OS, you have to find the autoloader, download it and run it.

You can use Sachesi and drag and drop to revert the OS to the previous version
