How can I recover my all of my old messages on my Q10?

I am new to Blackberry and using Q 10 some how i am not finding my all old Message of my some contacts . Is their any way to recover or see the my Messages.

Go into Settings > Accounts > Select your Email Account > then scroll down to "Sync Timeframe" and set it to "Forever".

This should sync all your old messages.
