    Good morning, I have been searching for quite some time to find help on preserving information on my BlackBerry Q10. My carrier has been unable to help. I would like to preserve my Contacts and Text message, my phone has been backed up but there is no way to review or print out this information. My carrier says the information can be loaded on another BlackBerry but there is no way to save this information. Thank you in advance for your help.
