Hi pasha19 and welcome to CrackBerry community.
As far as I know, you can't import them directly.

What I'd suggest is that you import them either
    - in your Outlook (provided you have one) see here : How to import contacts into Outlook from Excel
(maybe they were there at first ? In that case, skip this part)
    or
    - in your email account provider contacts management space (what is your mail/contacts provider?)

    Then,
    - if you choose Outlook, you'll install Link software (BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - US) on your desk/laptop and use the sync contacts features.
    - If your email provider supports ActiveSync (outlook.com / office365, for instance) you just need to check within the settings of the mail account on your Q10 that you have contacts sync set to "on".

Please provide some more details about your issue (where do the contacts come from ? what is your email provider ?) and let us know how it goes !

    Cheers,
    Antoine.

It can be done with gMail / google contacts. That's how I eventually got my dad's 800+ business contacts out of his old Palm Pilot into his Blackberry last year.

Google's help site has fairly detailed instructions on how to do it. You just have to name the spreadsheet columns correctly to match-up with what they use.
