So I just updated my Q10 to the 10.3.1 and now when there are no apps open it shows my wallpaper with that huge date display and it's quite annoying, any tips on how to remove it. Thank you

Catch 22. There is no way to remove it, unless you uncheck the option to show wallpaper when all apps are closed.

After that, go download an app putting blank icons.
    Problem solved.

White wallpaper on a Q10 is a crime (almost as bad a the light-themed Hub.)
