    I tried to restore my Q10 yesterday through BB link and in mid process it has frozen with blue circle going round and round and picture of sim card. Will not now re connect to BB link and is unresponsive to anything. I have removed battery and sim and still the same things happen.

    Any ideas how I can fix?
