So I cried myself to sleep last night.
    I will tell you why.

    I miss my BB.
    I had a Bold 9650
This was my forever phone and had it replaced at least three times over its life.
I moved to a Galaxy Nexus. I hate having a phablet. It's like the size of a brick.
I do live on my tablet (Galaxy Tab2 7in) a lot and have it for travel.

I do like having a smart phone so that I can quickly access apps (news/banking/stocks) when waiting in car/lines/food/parties where my tablet is not with me. I like being able to access my banking/credit card apps for spontaneous purchases where I can check to see if I have enough funds available at times if needed.

I have been waiting for the Q10, small form factor, comfortable, and historically for me BB has had good longevity.
See Note above: Had the BB Bold 9650 until DEC2012.

Sprint finally had the Q10 in stores and I was able to play with it yesterday. Compared in size between GS4, A4S, HTC(something).
Liked it. Wanted it. Here now researching it. Deflated.

Read the threads above about folks that already are quitting / returning.
Good feedback for research. Not swayed. Still want this phone.

Then I went to appworld. Started looking for apps I use and selected Q10.
None of the apps are available/compatible in Q10. Do a search on other models and they are there.

So, are any of the apps for OS10 (z10) model backwards compatible with the Q10?
    Am I SOL?

    Thanks,
    Chris

It depends if the dev makes it for the 720x720 screen. contact the dev of the app, see if you can't convince them

What apps are you missing specifically?
If they are earlier BlackBerry phone apps you can request the developer to create a BB10 version.
If they exist on Android there is a good chance you can use sideloading.

Thanks for the welcome, I've been doing this for a while (advice that is) but on the BlackBerry support forums (@BBSJdev), but it was a slow day so I thought I'd try and help out here as well.
