You should be looking for the SQN100-3 for full compatibility.

I believe, based on this (About 4G on our network. - Our network - Signal & coverage - Support - Three) and this (BlackBerry Q10 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) that three has 1800 mhz LTE and that you want Q10 model SQN100-3. I have no idea how the PRD numbers work.

I guess, as a Q10 owner, my best advice would be to get a Q5. It costs less and people have fewer problems with them. The Q5 model you would want, based on the information on three's website, is SQR100-2.

Release models had double typing issues and random reboots, if you get a device built in 2014, then they are trouble free.

Date comes in the box, above "Mexico 5". I say you are pretty safe, I can't imagine retailers with release devices laying around.

help in buying which Q 10-img_20150110_154904.jpg

To know which model to buy, check this thread.

And just a note to add :

There aren't statistics that support the existence of faulty earlier Q10 model.

Issue with the keyboard can happen to all of us in time, but can be easily corrected, either freely if your handy or under warranty, either with a minor cost.

Issue with device that reboots when puts on the table happened for some of us. Very rare though. The problem lies with the battery which can move a little, create a drop in power and a power off for security. You may be more concerned by this issue if you open your phone daily to switch battery or drop it often for example. Easy to correct though, just a piece of foam, paper or plastic to place between the bottom of the battery and the casing so the connectors are well in contact and the battery stays in place.

The SQN 100-3 it's the most popular one so far

It's really good and doesn't have any problems (it's has some problems but the problems are fewer than some other versions)

Exactly this is why you should buy good luck
