    I am new to blackberry and I go through sprint. We recently just got the new update yet I haven't gotten around to installing it. The reason be is that it tells me it recommends I do a backup. Is there a simple way to do this?

    You have to download blackberry link , it takes a few min but if your doing it OTA you won't need to back. Up.

    Backup is not required with an OTA update but is recommended. If anything goes wrong you may be grateful for a backup.
