    Anyone know how to restore back my phone contact ????, I allready try everything with Blackberry link, desktop manager and protect. But it's not working......please......

    What did you do with BlackBerry link? Did you have a backup from earlier that you can restore? Plug into your PC, start up BB Link, choose restore data and then choose application data. Have you tried that with a good backup file from your phone or an earlier phone?

    I had a similar problem with my z10 and my only saviour was to restore from the backup blackberry linked made when it switched to my new device. It was called 'legacy device' in my restore list

    yes i did, and i do that for the first time when i switch device from the old blackberry. and what should i do now ???

    I found it allready legacy device. But the problem is the back up I made is from the other pin. I try to restore my windows system. But again I can't find it. Oh my GOD what should I do....i'm very desperate.......

    You should select the backup that says legacy device. Once selected you can select to recover contacts only
