    My headphone playback on my Q10 got seriously screwed up today.

    I usually listen to spotify during the day on my Q10.

    All of a sudden after working well for a few hours today, my headphone playback is almost non-existent.

    The volume coming from my headphones is extremely low when turned to full blast and playback only comes on the left earbud.

    I have tried the native music player and I get the same results.

    Playback out of the external speaker seems normal.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    Debris in the headphones jack maybe? I had to clean up my z10 once, carefully with a toothpick..

    Bingo, this was the issue.

    They're the official headphones from the shop crackberry store but it looks like they are toast.

    Same experience... They're looking good, the sound is great, but they can break easily.

    I quickly switched to a Parrot Zik 2.0. It's another world

    I have Sennheiser ear buds. Upgrading to good sound is a must, as the cheap ones don't last, and don't sound nearly as good. My Senn's still sound great and work flawlessly after over 2 years. Do your homework, and pick up some high end. You won't regret it.

    Hi, I have also a Parrot Zik 2.0. The headphones are great but I cannot install the zik2.0 app on my Z10 10.3.1. Side loaded with snap it crashes while opening. I have to use my old android phone to control the zik - this is disappointing . Any solution!??? Many thanks

    Sorry, I used an iPad mini for that To my knowledge, no solution on the phone for now...

    Update: the last version is labelled "com.parrot.zik2-27.apk". But the earlier version "com.parrot.zik2-25.apk" works !
