    Is anyone else having problems using RFA? When I try to sync up my q10 with my netbook it says that my user id is not associated with a BB10 Device.

    Any thought's?

    im facing another problem ... that i can open the tap of my PC but the circle of loading start then nothing appear to me , only black screen but once i connect it via usb its working perfectly , either i switch on the wifi and get connected with same network of my PC its working ..... but via 4G or 3G its showing the black screen !!
