the dialer sometimes become unresponsive. Number pad,contacts, call log screen simply freezes. But you can separately open the contacts and dial from there. The scree won't shown anything but the call is on. Anyone else having the same problem?

Sounds like a corrupt OS If you're still on OS10.3.2.xxxx , it's outdated
10.3.3.2049 had errors and was upgraded to .2163 the following day.
If you're not running OS 10.3.3.2163 you should be . It's the most up to date and secure OS

On the Mega page Scroll down to the 1st Q10 file.
right click on the file and download "as Zip"
You can click on the tiny circle in the lower left corner and watch the file Compress.
It's a rather large file and can take up to an hour to complete (depending on your bandwidth speeds)
It will automatically download to your computer when finished So you don't have to stare at it if you don't want to.

Attach your Device to your computer with a USB cable. Make sure it is snugly attached then set it down and DO NOT TOUCH IT again until you have completed the entire process.
(moving it even slightly can cause the cable to loose contact and you'll have to begin again! )
After attaching your device to your computer, unzip the downloaded folder, then double click the file and watch it upgrade.
When it has finished upgrading to your device it will then start to install. You can see the percentage on the screen.
Sometimes, and this is very common, it'll appear to freeze at 100%. If after 10 minutes it hasn't completed simply hold down the power button ( about 5 or so seconds) until you see a change. It will recycle and complete the upgrade. Leave it be until you come to the WELCOME screen. You'll go through a few swipes (skip Wifi set up) it'll find the mobile network ask you to sign in with your BBID and you're off!
