To be fair, the ones posting on these forums are here because they are having issues and they want solutions for it.
The ones that do not have any issues with their devices would not come to these forums in the first place.
Having said that, I do want to get a Q10 soon, and I want to be sure that I will not have the "double type" issue.

If it's a small number of handsets bbry should acknowledge the problem and offer free replacement (as the market leaders would).
And to be equally fair there are many out there who are experiencing the same thing but haven't said a thing and just go along frustrated, and will probably avoid a BlackBerry next time because of it.
That's true, but it is uncommon to see "My Q10 is working perfectly" thread as opposed to these double type, battery issues threads, etc.
It is just human nature to complain when things go wrong, but take things for granted when there is nothing wrong.
It is just more common to post in these forums because of problems, rather than to praise BB. And I feel that doing a poll in the forum consisting of BB users having trouble with their devices will give biased results.

Have had 2 Q's since launch, never experienced this issue at all on either one.

I will most likely just take the chance and get the Q10, worst comes to worst I will just file it for a warranty, or replace the keyboard myself if it comes to that.
The 9900s suffered with this a lot and out of 10 I sent back 4 in a 2 year period.
Q10 wise, I've had no complaints so far but it's just the way the keyboards are made.

I realize people who don't have the issue or our trouble-free are less likely to post. This is why I wanted to have a poll, I hate seeing these threads as well, just hoping to have a better picture of how widespread it is.

The bigger problem is not that how many little users are facing this problem, but the fact that many whom have had the repair done (myself included) are facing the issue again!

Seriously though... This thread has been on here forever, but I've honestly never had this problem on any of my family's 3 Q10's. Have had all of them since Q launch on T-Mobile a while ago.
