You can't purchase a BlackBerry 10 device from Crackberry as we are not a company lol

Best thing would be to speak to Verison or send a message to the website you purchased the phone from. It looks like someone replaced the battery and re-sold it.

If the number on the battery is not the same pin as on the phone, you are okay but not if the pin number under the battery, thats a problem you should be contacting the company you purchased the phone from! What company did you buy it from please?
