No, I missed it by about a day. My cart threw an error during checkout. I got caught up in the speculation that it wasn't a -5 despite arguing otherwise and waited too long as a result. Argh. No good deed goes unpunished.

I got a SQN100-5 since I was lucky enough to grab one before they were all gone. I use it on Telus and definitely get 4G LTE on it. Kinda neat that I can use it on Wind, Mobilicity and Videotron, too.

I ordered one in Black and it's the -5 model. I tested it on Telus, Fido, Rogers and got LTE on all of them. I was confused when I checked the wikipedia page for the Q10 and it says that this is also the model number that works on WIND. I haven't tried it yet though.

Bought the white Q10 and it's a -1...........working flawlessly with ATT LTE and is holding better signal than my carrier looked iphone 5s

Basically, which region's networks they were designed for. The 100-3 is the "rest of the world" model, but also Rogers Canada's primary Q10 sold. So if you're outside the Americas or a Rogers customer, the 100-3 will work great.

Not missing a thing. The SQN100-5's radio supports an extra frequency making it compatible also with some of Canada's smallest carriers like Wind, Mobilicity and Videotron. If you're with Rogers, Telus, or Bell (or their sub-brands) you're set!

There's a sticky at the top of the forum which explains very succinctly the different models and their supported frequencies. I used Canada as an example because that's where I am. ;-)
