Yes. Send it back to the reseller for repair.
If you are not covered by any warranty and don't want to pay for the repair, you can order a new keyboard online (ebay, amazon) and do it yourself.

What's the date on your box? Did you buy from BlackBerry or from 3rd party?

I was curious about the date on box as well. Mine is a att model I got new from ebay. No manufacture date. I see that it came with 10.2.1 though on outside box sticker.

You can't really trust 3rd party sellers, there's so many that sell refurbished devices as new.
Especially from eBay and even Amazon 3rd parties.
Also, a lot of the carriers still carry stock from 2013.

Ebay is sucks. Don't buy any devices there anymore. Had some bad experience. I would even rename it to FAKebay.

I like buying from eBay but I hate selling. eBay is so ridiculously biased in favor of buyer protection.
