    My wife has a Q10 and she cannot see group texts. She gets a text that says 'click button to download message.'

    Does anyone else have this problem and more importantly a solution?

    No just sent group text to all employees and went through and working fine. Replies from employees coming through like normal. On 10.3.

    Aren't group texts converted and sent as MMS?

    Could be she doesn't have MMS setup up correctly on the phone.

    Contacting her service supplier will correct this.
