    Try this on for size

    Transfer from iPhone & Android to BlackBerry 10 Smartphones - US

    As mentioned on the above link you will need to install BlackBerry Link on your PC first.

    Yes, this is the method for transferring from a BB OS phone, though the page banner says iOS and Android all three, BlackBerry, iOS and Android transfer methods are there.

    If you have a large enough micro SD card there is even a transfer method for using that instead of using BlackBerry Link.
