Getting a replacement q10 today.

So my headphone jack has been messing up and I should be receiving my replacement q10 today.

This will be my first replacement BlackBerry, I just now did a full backup on Link and have all of my movies/music/pics saved to my sdcard.

My question is, when I plug the new phone into my computer and do the full restore of my backup, will the apps and everything come with it, or will I have to re-download what I have?

The backup will restore everything but the email and social account passwords. They will still be setup, but you will have to enter the password in settings and accounts.

Before you can restore your backup, you need to do the initial setup of the Q10 and sign into your BlackBerryID on the new phone. The backup also has to be from a phone that had the same BlackBerryID on it.
