    Hello all,

    I recently had to delete SYNC from my bluetooth and delete the Blackberry Device from my Ford Taurus to reset it all but now SYNC is not finding in my bluetooth when I try to pair..any suggestions or solutions?

    What OS are you running? sometimes the OS has weaker BT than others. I have used all leaks and some would take 5 or 6 tries to pair with my car. I have 2744 now and there are no issues.

    I'm still running 10.2.1.3023. What do you mean by 5 or 6 tries? Do I keep hitting search or restarting the phone/battery pulls and cutting bluetooth on and off?

    Is discoverable turned on? It's in the Bluetooth settings

    How are you trying to pair? Searching for SYNC from your phone or vice versa?

    Yes, bluetooth is on and discovered. I'm trying to find SYNC via my phone's bluetooth.

    That's odd if bluetooth is on and discoverable is on, it should atleast show it on the list.

    Is that the problem or its not establishing a connection?
