    I was trying to arrange the icons and folders on my BlackBerry Q10 and suddenly a folder name multimedia disappeared.
    Now, I cannot the folder, it doesn't show anywhere on the screen.
    How can I get it back?

    If you took the second last app out the folder disappears. You have to have at least two in there.

    Drag one on top of the other and a folder to name will pop up.

    This happened to me as well. I was dragging apps into a folder. Out of nowhere the folder which I was rearranging had a copy of itself in it. When I exited the folder, it disappeared, along with the apps in it. The apps are still installed. However no icons, or the folder which they were in. How do I restore icons?

    Using z30, STA100-5, 10.2.1.2102

    My best guess is to un-install all the apps that reside in that folder so it auto-destroys the folder, then re-install the apps and re-create the folder from scratch.
