I just know that this update is not very good for me, is gettin hot when i use facebook, messengers.

I have updated also my Q10 yesterday. I am very happy to have received the OTA notification. Mine was 1.5 gb. Can't really see much difference yet but some issues with browser seem fixed. The update has run smoothly with no problems and the device today is performing just fine. Thank you blackberry for the support. P.S. Greece/ Cosmote

Mr Byte u can check my profile I'm an old user of CB. I'm using CB since 2012. I never troll here. If I post anything at here that mean I definitely experienced it. BTW I don't give u prove as picture uploading is not working through CB10 apps. I received that OTA that's why I posted here to inform others who r using BB10 and Q10.

Typically slow AT&T, when I check it still shows that the 10.3.2.556 I'm running "You have the latest software"... :-( at this stage of the game I'm not sure if I want to learn how to use autoloader. I already have bad memories of how many things were screwed up when AT&T forced me to update to current version while on vacation! Didn't even allow me to pause it, so of course I couldn't do any backup 1st that might have helped fix all the crap they messed up! Thankfully I was on a secure WiFi so I didn't blow my entire data plan in one shot! But it left me very spooked about trying new things, so I haven't tried autoloaders or learned to use Cobalt's great work to get any apps from the Play store. I suppose AT&T will pass along the OTA within the next year or so.
Way back when I was waiting for 10.1, they took so long that other carriers were sending out 10.2 before we got it!

Well, it's been another month with no sign of the update from AT&T...

Not exactly shocked by it but I did want to try it out before I replaced my Q10. I saw several posts that made it sound like the update might fix some of the most annoying issues. Guess AT&T (in their infinite wisdom) is still "analyzing the update" to ensure it's OK. I understood the supposed reasoning behind the LONG interval between an update being released by BlackBerry & when AT&T actually makes it available to users. Theoretically a bad update might somehow affect their network. Or so they always claimed.

What I don't get is why they've kept what is said to be a minor update from us when AT&T itself has totally ceased all but the most basic support for any BlackBerry 10 device. If there are as few of us as most people claim, I don't see how there's enough of us to make a dent it the grand scheme of things. So why not just pass on the update & finish off the tiny bit of effort once & be done with it!

So disappointed on Android so I want a real keyboard to type on and hating to follow the upgrading madness of the Android platform. Background referred, so the question is: All the BB updates should come trough the service provider?
