Hello, I refused to use Messenger 10 from nemory studios and also official android apps. I'm happily using fb messenger in browser, only bad thing is that I'm not getting notifications.
My question is if there's a way to get somehow notificated when someone sends me a msg.

I thought someone mentioned a way to setup email notifications if you use the emails associated with your account? I haven't tried it yet but I probably should.....

Email notifications were the first thing that came to my mind. Unfortunately I could find anything like that on fb. I think that they just want you to use their app.((

I get emailed when I receive a message, it doesnt send one just notifies me that it happened. You might need to use desktop to set that I am uncertain if it can be applied in the mobile page.
