Since upgrading to the 10.2.1.1055 leak, I keep running into nice little undocumented features that surprise me. I'm though it would be nice to have a thread for people to sound off when they find such things. There's already threads out there covering bugs and major features, so this is just a place to post Easter eggs you run into that haven't been heavily publicized.

Please include your OS version number when you post.

I'll start: in Calendar, you can now slide the appointment you create left or right to change its time slot. If you are on EAS and have invited other participants, their schedules and your are visible in the graphic.

This could be done before, but required navigating through several layers of options. Now you go to this screen as soon as you tap on the appointment time.

Also in Calendar: mobile conferencing info can be saved like in OS7 and quickly inserted into an appointment or meeting invitation.

    I'm on 10.2.1.1055

What's your favorite unpublishe (or underpublished) feature?

I'll add another one--adding a "hub attachment" as an attachment to an email.

I wasn't very specific. If you edit an appointment and then tap the line where it shows the date and time, you get a screen like what's below. You can just drag that red band left or right to change the time of the appointment.

I'm just bumping this. I was hoping to see some other features that people discovered, but so far, no one jumped in.

An attachment to one of your email messages. So someone sends you a document. You can compose a new email and then attach that attachment to your new email without having to forward the original email or save the attachment to your phone.

This is Hub Attachments, clicking attachments will list and allow you to see all attachments you have downloaded recently. Not sure when feature was implemented, could someone provide some insight?

Thanks for the explanation. This is something I actually can use. Still many things to learn. Awesome!

I think it was on 10.2, but I'm not 100% sure with all these leaks I've loaded :P
Or it could have been .1055 itself too
I love the ability to zoom in on videos! Videos that have been taken or received in the video app can be zoomed in. Not sure if it has been available since launch, but learned about it recently

In the CB app, you can double tap at the top orange header and it will take you to the top of the screen quickly.
In the browser, swipe down a little from the top and then tap on the small bar that appears. That will then take you to the top of the screen as well.
It is not consistent throughout the operating system, but it should be.

    Nice!

I don't know if most people know this but in case you want to read a long thread title, you just swipe down gently from CB10's orange header (you must be inside the thread) and the full title will appear.

Another one while in the browser. When flicking through a web page with paragraphs, the screen seems to behave erratically. Sometimes it flicks smoothly and other times it's choppy. If you pay attention, most of the time it will be stopping at new paragraphs, in-line with the top of the screen. Haven't seen anyone mention that before.

When you are writing text, BBM, email or in Doc To Go hold down the shift key and tap the screen. Text edit bubble will appear and as long as you hold down the shift key you can use your finger to select text. Let go of the shift key and the cut/copy/paste menu will appear.

Anyone noticed that in the "software update" screen, you now have the option to automatically update the OS when available? (and that it's on WiFi)

Also network connection can be automatically turned off during beside mode

How do your emails and messages have colours beside them to the left? Are they linked with the calendar app on your phone? My Facebook is connected but my messages don't have colours to the left of them

Go into the hub. Then go into settings with the the overflow menu, and then hub management. Choose the account(bbm, email, text, etc) and in there you can add a color. I'm not sure when that showed up. 10.2.1.1055 for sure.
