Hello guys,

I'm having some trouble with my Facebook account on my BB Q10. A couple of days ago I changed my fb password on my computer and so fb asked me to log off on al devices including my Phone (Q10). As i did this, I tried to log on again and my Phone doenst reconize my account. It says "log on to resfresh your session" and it keeps loading in a black screen with no results. Even through accountsettings it doesnt work and cant find the fb application.

These are the things i've already tried: Battery pull / deleting fb app and re-install the app/ factory reset.
The guys from Vodafone smart crew cant help me. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Or are there any fb issues at the moment with BlackBerry?

Try deleting the account. Delete Facebook and then download it again from BBW and set up your account.

I already did that with no succes. The problem is that fb can't find my account or Any other account on my Phone. I also tried to download fb from the the site, but it says that fb doesn't support my phone..very strange.

It's frustrating that i don't know if the problem lies with facebook or with my phone. Are there any blackberry veterans who can help us?

The problem is not in your phone, nor is it facebook. The problem is the app blackberry has made for facebook. Its one crappy app.

I never had problems with the FB App before, but i must say..now having this problem i agree with your statement. It's a very crappy App. But that doesn't solve my problem...
