Is this new? I have an extra "page" with no icons that I can scroll to. It's completely blank.
And I've not updated the OS as Verizon hasn't pushed it out.

Can you take a screen shot so we can see what you mean. In case you don't know how to take one, press the volume up and down button together.
Yes it's new. To turn it off, go to settings >display and turn off "show wallpaper when all apps are closed"

Ok thanks. I just don't know how it suddenly appeared!

Oh you're still on 10.2, the no you shouldn't have that blank page. Do you have any app that can create invisible icons?
Hold on one of your apps as you were going to delete it, and then go to the last page and see if there's a delete button on some invisible icon?
You could also do a hard reboot by pressing both volume up and down rockers.

Tried what you suggested and no delete buttons on the last page.
I wonder if it has something to do with me wiping my phone the other day.
I actually don't mind the blank page!

Lol if you still want to remove it. Try moving an icon to that page and then moving it back. See if that works.
Aaaand now it's gone! Weird!

It's just a bug, have had it a couple of times on the earlier 10.2.0 builds

This feature is not a defect!!!
This is new to BlackBerry OS 10.3 to allow the device owner to set the first page as "wall paper only." You can revert to your usual settings (i.e. A first page with icons) by going into Settings, then Display, and turn off " show wallpaper when all apps are closed." This will allow icons to appear as usual on the first page instead of just a blank page of wallpaper.
Posted using my BlackBerry Z30.
But I don't have 10.3!

Did you delete apps and/or home screen icons? I think the blank page 4 was temporarily left over after the icons on preceding pages were automatically rearranged.

I think that is exactly what happened. I deleted a bunch of apps the other day, as well as rearranged them. The blank page must have wanted to stay longer than normal!
