HELP: Battery Charging Screen

Dear All,

Can you help me modify the battery charging screen for my bbq10? The current OS ver is 10.2.1.2141. I have been able to access the escreen, and go to OS Enginering Screen > Battery > Battery Charging Screen.

However, I cannot modify anything in the Battery Charging Screen. In particular, I'm looking for the "Force USB 500 or Force AC" options, which do not appear. I have tried installing escreens from 10.2.0 but they display the same thing -- there is "Force USB 500 or Force AC" option and you cannot alter anything from the Battery Charging Screen.

I have spent days and sleepless nights reading through the posts here and in google, but up to now I am still lost.

The reason I want to "Force USB 500 or Force AC", is because I bought a battery charging cover, which the bbQ10 does not accept. My guess is that not enough current is being supplied. Hence, I need the set the "Force USB 500 or Force AC".
