I tried searching the forums for a thread like this and didn't find anything, so I apologize in advance if there is already.


Noticed today that my enter key is extremely sensitive. I don't even have to push the key fully in order to press it. You guys should try and see if the result is the same. I've never dropped my phone and just noticed this today. If I just put my thumb over the right side of the enter key, it presses enter.


I had my Q10 for about 3 months now, so I don't know if my warranty is good still. My carrier had a 15 day return policy. So I don't really know my options if I wanted to possibly exchange this device back.

That sounds quite annoying! its doesnt seem like correct action to me. might have to replace it

I'm having the exact same problem but with the A key, I can literally just touch it with my finger and it enters an A, it's pretty annoying.

It seems to happen to some of us with different keys, for me its the o key. Device should still be under warranty so have them replace the keyboard.
