i was running 10.2.0.1047 and wanted to use my hotspot. i read the eliminating carrier settings thread using the e-screen and got it all working. i updated to the 10.2.1.xxxx leaks, and haven't gotten it to work since. this is what i see when i access the e-screen now and look under General Radio:

any ideas on how to get this working?
