    I will get an email on my device, read it but the second I download it on my computer it's gone on the device. On my Bold there was a setting to keep them. On my Q10 I've never found it and am always loosing my emails on my device. Suggestions?

    do a search for "delete on handheld" "delete on server" tons of threads and posts on here covering that exact issue.
