Just curious with the Q10 I have not seen an option that Allows me to customize the amount of time in which emails are stored on the device. Is this possible with BB10? Would be quite the hassle, and quite disappointing if we had to do it manually.

Your inbox is usually synced with the server, so if you delete messages on the server it will delete on the device and vice-versa. That being said: you can then drill down how far back it will sync to the server, and that's account specific. For example my GMail account only keeps messages on the device for 30 days, whereas my work account syncs "forever" and has messages dating back to my inbox creation many, many, many years ago.
