Hi everyone.... long time subscriber, first time poster kinda deal.

    (1) I spilt a half cup of espresso on my q10 keyboard (managed to soak most of it up and remove battery, let it dry out). About 6 hours after the fact, it works and turns on, but the screen isn't responsive to let me access my phone. That being said, I'm going to leave it in rice overnight to see if it's the moisture that is not letting me use the phone properly. If it isn't the case, I'd like to purchase the part that would be used to allow me to use the touch screen if anyone has an idea if it's a specific part responsible for this or if I'm going to need to replace a few parts?

    (2) 1 e-mail won't delete from my Hub. I've already deleted it from my g-mail account, battery pull, restarted, etc. Any suggestions?

Thanks to anyone who helps in advance,

The device probably needs to be replaced. You should not have tried to use it for 24 to 48 hours, keeping it in rice the whole time. A bath in pure denatured alcohol would have been a good ideal also.
