    Hi all, I've had my Q10 for a few months now and love it but encountered my first problem today, I went on BlackBerry HUB and my email account showed no emails even though I've got hundreds on my email server. So I deleted the account settings and entered the user info again, still the same. After doing a few hard resets I believe HUB is at fault. Now when I go into HUB my email account does not show and then it flashes on for a second and disappears again, if I manage to select my account it shows no emails and then go back to HUB. Any help would be great as I don't want to return or change to a different phone!

    I'm guessing you have an msn or hotmail account. Microsoft is having server issues. Mines been doing it all day too. Won't resolve until MS gets it fixed on their end

    Thanks for the reply and yes I'm with hotmail. I hope it gets sorted soon as it's annoying to say the least
