I am having a problem when editing a contact (changing a pin, number, email). When I delete one and add another and save, instead of showing just the new pin, number, or email, it will show the old one and the new one. This is also happening on my GF's Z10. Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch?

It's kind of a glitch, but kind of by design too.

When you open the contact, you can see in the bottom bar Links with a number in parantheses. If there's a number there, tap Links to see which contacts are merged.

There's often conflicts arising from having your contacts in the local Contacts plus on SIM card too. If that's the case, you should hide the SIM contacts.
In Contacts app, swipe down from top and select Settings. Exclude the SIM card contacts, then tap Back in bottom left corner to save.
