I have had carrier issued software release 10.2.1.2977 for awhile.

Under Notifications --> Core Applications there is no mention of any email accounts

And although I can change notification for Text Messages, in practice there is no LED or Vibrate or Sound that happens when a text does arrive.

What am I missing?

As far as text sounds not arriving do you have your Notifications set to Off?

Wow, that's really strange. . .

And yet as you can see I am able to make changes of NOTIFICATON for texts but whatever I choose I still don't get notification via LED or VIBRATION and for my email accounts which I can't see LED and VIBRATE is working fine (but of course can't change them)!

I have had this official OS10 software for awhile...well before I noticed this problem.

Was this ever resolved? I can't see one of my email accounts in notifications. On 10.3 leak. Have tried deleting and creating account again, but still not there.

I reinstalled my service provider's 10.2 OS via BB Link. This rectified the problem.

A reinstall without a restore seems to have cleared it for me as well, thanks.
