I just swapped my double typing keyboard to an new OEM keyboard I bought from Ebay. While there is no double typing on the keyboard, the key strokes are noticeably shallow with not as satisfying "clicks".

I am wondering if it will ever loosen up over time.

Right now, the keyboard is not satisfactory at all.

Anyone had any similar experience with the keyboard?

My C and N are the keys with unsatisfying clicks. It feels really soft when pressing. Someone on this forum had advised the workaround, something to do with putting a card or paper on the battery side, but I'm not sure about it and haven't tried that either.

I replaced my keyboard three times on my Q10 for the double typing issue and each one felt different. I eventually grew to like each new one after a short period of time.

Yes, absolutely, the Q has a break in . . . the keyboard will definitely break in the midst of typing. . . Okay, I couldn't resist.

All the Q's and subsequent replacement keyboards have been different and changed over time. The last couple of gone from a nice firmness to a squishy soft feel I am not overly keen for. However, I grow accustomed to each variant and continue to love the Q.
