The Blackberry Q10 is the closest thing we have to a bold successor

Q10 is a winner and it will be known as a classic in 5 yrs I think.

I wish I had kept my 9900, it was far easier to do what I need out of my device.

The Q10 is getting better and better. Over time I'm respecting the size and keyboard even more, and the removable battery means this phone could last a very long time for my needs.

A stable OS 10.3.1 will make this device shine, and omg if someone figures out how to make T-Mobile's WiFi charging work on it, I can be set for years!

(I only wish there were a really nice and safe wireless charging hack for it-- I'd love to park it at night effortlessly.)

Why not go the whole hog and go back to a 5810? C'mon the Q10's screen is just fine. And obviously better than the Bold's regardless of what tech is under the hood.

I think it's still a great phone. It feels like a BlackBerry reminds me of my 8330 more then anything that was my favorite phone ever I love the fact that I can use it completely one handed I use it next to a note 4 (work) I like big phones but there is nothing like typing on a real keyboard and once you have used a smartphone for 6 to 8 years you get over the stupid spec and my screen is bigger then your's fad. I have a huge note 4 and I don't play games on it it's not a good experience to me 5.7 inches is just not big enough even for youtube it's to small it's ok if you have to use it but for me a tablet is what that's for point is BlackBerry is a great phone for calls, messaging ,email my q 10 is probably 2 years old and runs smooth I can bounce from calls to messages to an email and it just handles it smooth on this old processor my note 4 is 2 months old and has a monster processor in it and already is has slowed a bit and never was as smooth as the q10 so yeah the q10 is a winner in my opinion

The Q10 could be if it weren't for the damn double, triple stutter on the keyboard! I have a passport now with a great keyboard that doesn't stutter.

What's missing for me is the luxury of the Bold. The Bolds used to have cool accessories, premium holsters... I miss all that. Back then it made you feel good and luxurious. Do you remember the leather or carbon backs of the Bolds..? The thick, smooth leather holster of the 9900 with soft, comfy inside. The charging pod... Those were the days...

I might switch back to the Q10 from my galaxy s5 but I'd miss the screen size for snapchat. That's the only app that I will have a problem with.

I had a curve 9360 after my bold got into an unfortunate accident. I found both the bold and the curve much easier to deal with. I have the q10 now, which is definitely growing on me. I think in about a week or 2, I'll say it is a winner. For now, I'll just say a it's a strong contender.

I think so. I'd still like to see a larger 4" iphone like screen. Build it and let me be the judge if it is too top heavy.

I have tried an iphone with the typo and it's the best of both world's. Below the screen though yes I love it and think they really got it right the first time. Beef up the processor a bit, put a better antenna in it and we are all good.

I would say that the screen of the q10 could be a little bit bigger, like that of the Classic. Am I the only one who don't like the toolbelt? Make a Q10 with the size of a classic and I'm gonna be all over it.

Maybe a little bigger than the 3.2" on the classic.

What if they added convenience keys to both side of the keyboard to increase the width of the device. Increase the size of the screen to a 3.5 or 3.7" screen. The original iphone had a 3.5" screen (not 1:1 though)

Do you think that Q10 is still the winner?-typoblackberry.jpg

Even I have iphone 6 that my work provided me. And my Q10 is off contract on my sprint carrier. I don't leave without my Q10. Why? Because when my Q10 is connected to my iphone's wifi. Communication is at ease all the time. Typing on physical qwerty keys and word predictions that's always on the spot. I get things done asap.

My iphone 6 - to Kill time

My Q10 - to make time
